About Me

I have long been fascinated in mental health which led me to study counselling. After studying a Level 3 course at The Manchester College in 2018, I qualified in 2023 with a Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy from The University of Salford.

My background is working as a media professional, creating content online, on TV and on radio for the BBC and ITV.

I have volunteered as a counsellor for charities including MIND, Childline and the LGBT Foundation in Manchester, and I have a part-time private practice.

I am a registered member of the BACP.
